We are a 5 man tribute to the legendary band AC/DC which faithfully captures the energy and raw power of an AC/DC show. We can provide around 2 hours of High Voltage entertainment focusing mainly on the classic Bon Scott era. Ranging from monumental classics like "Whole Lotta Rosie", "Live Wire" and "Back in Black" to the less well known songs. We aim to put a few surprises in along the way and provide you with an exciting, unforgettable experience.
Pete our singer and co-founder of the band, provides a strutting, vocal powerhouse of sound to give an authentic homage to the late Bon Scott who sadly passed away suddenly in 1980. As if that wasn’t enough, he then gets his flap cap out to rock the house with some brilliant renditions of songs from the Brian Johnson Era that are absolutely electrifying and will leave you Thunderstruck.
Our Angus role on Lead Guitar is perfectly filled by the extremely talented Andy. He is uncannily reminiscent of the great guitarist himself and dressed in his school uniform with a cherry red SG guitar in hand, he provides an unbelievable show with his blistering guitar licks and the famous duck walk. Leading us down the Highway to Hell, his energy and enthusiasm is seemingly never ending!
The final piece of the puzzle is our thundering steam train rhythm section consisting of:
Neil, the other co-founder of the band, providing the hefty punch of Malcolm Young’s Rhythm through his Gretsch guitar, keeping the Rock and Roll train firmly on it’s tracks.
Our extremely loud drummer Paddy, deftly fills the role of Phil Rudd and his power and drive has to be experienced to be believed. Playing drums since he was 5 years old, he has been known to be heard several miles away.
Finally, our bass player Steve expertly steps into the shoes of Cliff Williams to give a rock solid thundering bass line that is in danger of starting an earthquake one day soon.
